Refund Policy

General Policy

We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process. This policy applies to all massage appointments, block bookings, and gift vouchers purchased from Revive Sports and Remedial Massage.

Refunds are issued in accordance with the terms set out in our Terms and Conditions and in line with UK consumer law.

Appointments

  • Refunds are not available for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as these are chargeable in full under our cancellation policy.

  • Where a refund is approved for a prepaid appointment (for example, due to clinic cancellation or exceptional circumstances), it will be processed in full.

Block Bookings

  • Refunds for unused massage sessions within a block booking may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a refund is approved, any completed sessions will be charged at the full single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Block bookings remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended unless agreed at the discretion of Revive Sports and Remedial Massage.

Payment Processing

  • ​Refunds will normally be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g. Stripe).

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Where a refund cannot be returned via the original payment method, it will be issued via BACS transfer to a UK bank account provided by the client.
